National Philharmonic Summer Choral Institute

The Summer Choral Institute is produced through a partnership between the National Philharmonic and the Montgomery/Rockville Music Department. Institute faculty includes co-directors Stan Engebretson, Artistic Director of the National Philharmonic Chorale and Molly Donnelly, Professor of Music and Choral Director at Montgomery College, Rockville Campus.

High School Singers: High School singers (from students entering 9th grade to those graduating from high school in 2008) are invited to register for the week-long (Monday – Friday) program of intensive vocal training to include individual coaching, small group sessions, and large group rehearsals. The Institute is in residence at the Montgomery College Rockville Campus during the week of July 28 – August 1, 2008.
